When a player pays for one of your events, that payment belongs to your store. You — not LuckyLGS— are the merchant of record. Money flows into your own connected Stripe account and pays out to your bank. You're responsible for delivering your events, and for refunds, chargebacks, and any sales tax that applies to what you sell.
Card numbers are only ever entered on Stripe-hosted pages — both during onboarding and (soon) at checkout. This application never receives, processes, or stores card details, which keeps our payment-card compliance in the lightest category (PCI DSS SAQ A). Stripe is a certified PCI Level 1 service provider.
Full details — what we collect, why, who we share it with, and your rights — are in the Privacy Policy.
LuckyLGSis for casual, non-sanctioned events (Commander nights, leagues, learn-to-play, paint nights, casual prereleases, RPG one-shots). Officially sanctioned tournaments must be run through the game publisher's official tools; we don't replace those.
